2.0 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

2.1 If in the event you need to cancel your order, at least 2 weeks' notice will be required:

Anything under £50 will be non-refundable and no refund will be given. A date change will be offered to you for a future date (subject to availability).

For anything over £50, your deposit will be non-refundable and will be retained by DELUXE SWEET CREATIONS. A date change will be offered to you for a future date (subject to availability).

2.2 If in the event you need to cancel your order at short notice. Within the 2 weeks before your postal, collection of delivery date:

All items are checked before leaving the kitchen. 

2.3 In the event of damage or you are unhappy with your order:

Here at Deluxe Sweet Creations we pride ourselves in quality in both taste and design and do not let any products go to our customers that are not hitting our highest of quality.
